We aim to do things a little differently at 304, for us it’s all about building strong, long lasting relationships, integrating with our clients team and being there all the way through the project.
For me it’s all about the excitement of being part of the team that delivers an amazing quality project enabling the client and their brand to hit the ground running and thrive!

BRIEF & DESIGN
The foundation of a successful project
We like to get involved as early as possible in your project, if it’s early enough we can advise on your proposed site and Its suitability and even produce a feasibility study to enable you to evaluate the site before you sign the lease.
We can work with your team to build a comprehensive design brief which we can then develop into a suite of 2D and 3D drawings for discussion.
SPECIFICATION & PRICE

We will work with you to develop the most appropriate specification based on all your requirements, the dream ones; that amazing island suite maybe? And the real ones, the specification that the budget really allows!
